About me
Over my 10 years of experience, I’ve helped CEOs, CFOs, and Boards make better decisions on planning, growth, capital allocation, and strategic tradeoffs. This work was done for companies undergoing strategic inflections – marked by fast pace, high ambiguity, and external scrutiny – and I frequently switched between strategic thinking and hands-on execution. That includes $800M+ in capital deployment, eight M&A transactions, 20+ Board presentations, and a capital allocation framework behind over $1B in investment decisions.
My background as a buy-side investor, finance leader, and IR leader brings an integrated perspective that is rare in corporate finance – I’ve partnered with CEOs and CFOs across the full decision chain. This includes building the analysis, interpreting what it means for the business, helping leadership act on it with conviction, and making it credible to the most sophisticated outside audiences.
